Taking into account the pros and cons above and my personal experience using the site, I’ve given Jackpot.com UK a 73% rating. 

The casino rates highly on licensing, regulation, responsible gaming tools and the fact it uses a customer-friendly interface. Other positives include a wide choice of banking methods, quality games providers, mobile-compatibility and regular promotions such as the welcome bonus. 

However, there are some areas that Jackpot.com casino can improve on such as withdrawal times and customer service hours. Personally, I had a frustrating issue when using the site trying to claim bonus offers.

Our First Impressions

What I Dislike

• Withdrawal speed: The Jackpot.com withdrawal time can be up to 72 hours which is slower than many of its competitors. I also looked at player reviews and found that some withdrawals have taken longer than this, often held up by a longer than normal KYC process.
• Customer service: On paper, Jackpot.com casino appears to offer superior customer service options to other online casinos. Not only does it provide a live chat service, but also email, and a phone number to actually speak to someone. However, customer service hours are limited to between 11am – 11pm so they’re not always available 24/7 for a quick response.
• Bonus Offers Glitch: Perhaps I’ve just been unlucky personally, but bonus offers should not require contact with customer services to be released. This is something that should work automatically and should be improved on.
