The dealer’s next card could have a 10 value, allowing them to win the hand, however, anything less than a 10 and it’s a push or a player win, so the strategy indicates the players’ best play is to stand.

Calculator Recommendation: SURRENDER

Here, I have set the filter to allow the Surrender option, which is available in some blackjack variations. In this scenario, the dealer has an Ace and the player has a total of 16 (7 & 9).

There is a high likelihood that the dealer will win this hand. If the dealer draws a 6 or above, they have won. If the player hits, there is a high chance of busting. Therefore, the smartest play is to Surrender and recoup half of your bet.

Does a Blackjack Calculator Guarantee a Win?

No, the blackjack calculator does not guarantee a win on any individual hand. If it did, we’d all be blackjack billionaires!
